Greater Manchester Chamber is pleased to announce the return of the Property & Construction Summit for 2025 taking place on Thursday 7 November 2025!
This popular half-day conference will be focusing on the key issues, practices, legislations and outlook for the Property & Construction sector in our region.
Full details of the agenda, key-speakers, panels and workshops will be confirmed shortly. The half day event will include refreshments during the morning and close with a networking lunch.
There will be the chance to exhibit at the event limited to the first 20 companies that apply. We will provide a covered table, 2 chairs and electricity where requested on booking:-
- Single pop-up roller banner only space - includes 2 tickets to the conference - £260 plus VAT for Members/£360 plus VAT for Non-Members
- Double stand space - includes 2 tickets to the conference - £360 plus VAT for Members/£460 plus VAT for Non-Members

Cancellation Terms
In case you are no longer able to attend this event, please note you must cancel your place at least 5 working days before the date. The cancellation must be in writing and sent to events@gmchamber.co.uk indicating the name of the event you are cancelling for and delegate(s) details. If a booking is not cancelled and the delegate does not attend, full event costs will still apply.
Payments
All payments for event bookings must be received in full prior to the event date. Failure to provide payment before the event may result in your booking being cancelled. Please ensure that payment is made promptly to secure your attendance.
Please note that GMCC does not accept payment via American Express
